Please join us for an all day camp running from Tuesday, June 22 - Friday, June 26! Camp will include a group riding time, certification leveled horse management workshops, an art project and a mock show at the end of camp for members to show off learned skills.  Camp will be held in Homer at the Cottonwood Horse Park. Ride times will be announced at a later date. An additional event membership to Cottonwood Horse Park will be required for non KBEA members ($10). 

Maddie Dey will be our visiting instructor from Anchorage. Maddie has a HA/C2 hunt seat certification and competes in hunter and equitation shows. She is excited to work with others to help them improve their skills using imagery and examples to increase understanding. We are excited she is coming back this year to do another clinic with us!  

Volunteers are needed to help make this a successful camp for our members. If you are willing to help provide a meal for Maddie, snack for members, or help with an art activity please let Vana know. We will be sending out a list for signups closer to camp starting. 

Fee schedule per person: 

$150 current KPC member; 
$200 other current Alaska Region PC members or 4-H members
$275 non-Pony Club participants (extra fee covers insurance) 

In the event of participant cancellation, in order to receive a camp fee refund, the participant must fill their slot with another PC approved rider.

An additional $50 horse use fee is required if you are coming to camp without a horse and wish to borrow one from us. Campers are encouraged to find their own mounts.
